"Along with TGUPP, we are reviewing locations that could potentially be used as a storage area for data center machines in the water. If the data and verification results in the field is good, the South Jakarta will be the first city that uses it," he expressed.
KPKP Head Appreciates Mr. Yatno for Developing Urban Farming in MalakasariAccording to him, the lake has the potential to store data center machines, as the water supply is permanent. Despite Jakarta is now facing a long summer, the water supply is still available.
One of the TGUPP's Strategic Response Division members, Idhan added the use of lake water as a support for data centers for the development of urban farming 4.0 in line with the energy saving and creativity program to reduce electricity consumption initiated by Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.
"It will be a pilot project for data center development for Urban Farming 4.0 cloud service data. This lake water in this case is to save electricity, which is as a cooling server to be put into the lake," he stressed.
After doing survey today, his party will review it again and conduct a feasibility study within the next three to six months.
"Hopefully it can be realized and become one of the breakthroughs for the people of Jakarta. Surely we need to support it," he stated.
